10 rounds for time of:
5 Toes to Bar
10 Wall Ball Shots @ 20/14#
15 Double-Unders
*time cap = 15 minutes
at 15 mins I'd done 7 plus 23 reps
10lb ball, knees to somewhere. I actually got ONE round where I strung together all 15 DUs. Other rounds. Ergh.
