Front Squat



5 rounds for time (I only did three rounds)

•1 lap overhead lunges (45/25 - I used 25# for the first 2/3 of my lap, then switched to 15#)

•10 goblet squats with plate - 15# plate

•15 ground to overhead with plate - 15# plate
