  • 14:45 as RXd on 10/22/15 (after 2 babies!)
Bell
  • 11/25/15 - used 65# for lifts - all squat UNBROKEN. Only last round of DLs was broken (14/7).
Cindy
  • 11 rounds plus 12 no bands on pullups all pushups on knees (January 2011)
  • 11 rounds plus 24 no bands on pullups and all pushups on knees (5/3/2011)
Elizabeth
  • 12:00 55#, black band, 12/9/6 reps 4/2/10 / 6:45, 55#, green band, 21/15/9 reps on 3/21/16

  • 7:30 with 55# on first round, 45# last two; black band on pullups

  • 12:59 on 10/13/15 - 26# KB swings - Russian for first two sets, American for last 2/3 of the last set and ring rows instead of pullups

  • 11/20/15 15:40 with 3 blue bands for pullups. Row was 4:20. Thrusters broken into five sets of 10.

  • 29:09 (8/16/13) I scaled to 20 reps per movement per round and I used a 10# wallball. Some of my BJs were step ups, but I had some rounds where they were all jump ups, step downs.

  • 11/14/15 7 plus 17 (knee pushups, pistol taps to 20# box, 3 blue bands on pulllups)

  • 11/27/15 - finished in 22:34 / LIMFAC was wrist strengths / 25# ohses and subbed rowing 500s for running due to snow outside

  • I did 115#…and 4 burpees pullups RXd then 3 burpees/3 pullups w/ red band per round…KB at 35#…and last lap I only made it about 1/4 to 1/3 of the way before we ran out of time.

  • 11/30/15 - 13 rounds plus 4 reps at 70# with pushups on a 24 inch box.
