Feeling weak. Did 55-55-55
3 Rounds
10 DB Push-press (45/30)
20 Front Rack DB Lunges (10 Each Leg)
Row 250m
This completely gassed me. My quads were fried. I came out way too fast on my first 250m (was pulling 1:48/500m) and died on the last one (hard to keep it at 2:00/500m).
9:29 (used 20# barbells)
