Push Press 2-2-2-2-2 (55-55-55-55-55)


3 Rounds for time: 

Run 400m

25 pullups

25 pushups

I scaled to 15 pullups and 15 pushups. I used the green band for first two rounds of pullups, 

then added the thin blue band on round 3. All pushups on knees.

16:24 or something
