Wendler back squat

7 Minutes AMRAP
7 Back Squats (225/155) I used 105# (they recommended 65% of 1RM)
7 Strict Ring Dips (I did pushups on knees. Left bicep seemed to give out each set. Like - it just refused to work.)

Do not scale with bands. Do the most difficult push-up variation you can that fits the profile of this WOD.
4 rounds plus 4 pushups
