WOD

You have 10 min to find your max height box jump.

Box jump 25 inches – thanks to Elizabeth for the encouragement (I’m skeered of heights…well, mostly I’m skeered of falling).

AMRAP 15 Min:
5 Strict Pull Ups (red/black bands together)
7 Push Press (65% of BW - woulda been 85#...which is near my 1RM...so I did 55#)
9 Knees to Elbows (did knees to somewhere-that-wasn’t-the-elbows…and tried kipping for the first time...was good!)

6 rounds.
