Front Squat

3×5 85-95-100

Tabata Something Fun:
8 Rounds Tabata DB Hang Power Cleans (50/35 - I used 20#)
8 Rounds Tabata Knees to Elbows (Mine were more like "knees to mid-way")
8 Rounds Tabata Burpees (check!)
Total reps (lost count a couple times) = 139 (probably more if I hadn't lost count)
