Squat

3-3-3-3-3 (85-105-125-135PR-125)

3 Rounds:
40 1 Arm DB Power Snatch (35/25)
30 Weighted DB Lunges (35/25)
20 DB Push Press (35/25)
10 Weighted Sit Ups (35/25)

I used 15# for all...and finished in 11:57

(Sit ups are done with one dumbell extended overhead)
