Work at no more than 65% of your 1RM in order to work on speed and technique

4 Rounds:
3 Squat Clean Thrusters (120/85)
5 CTB Pull ups
7 Burpees
I think my time was 8:56...I used 55# on the clusters. Pullups were w/ thin black band.
