Four rounds for time of:
100 foot Walking lunge with 45lb/35lb plate held overhead
30 Box jump, 24/20 inch box
20 Wallball shots, 20/16 pound ball
10 Handstand push-ups

I used 25# plate...18# BJs (two 35# weights, a 25# weight, and a 45# weight)...16# WB (RXd) and did 5 negatives per round instead of HSPUs.

Took me 26:56. Sucked ass.
