First day back after being out of the country for two weeks...not bad...good to be moving again...

Front Squat

3×5 (85-95-105)

Then metcon:
Complete 5 rounds:

30 Sec Ring Dips
30 Sec Rest
30 Sec HSPU (or negatives or handstand holds if you cannot do HSPU — do not scale to box)
30 Sec Rest

Score is total number of ring dips and HSPU/negatives. Score each 10 seconds of a handstand hold as 1.

Used black band first round of ring dips...then red and black. Did handstand holds...Total 63.
