3 Rounds Max Strict Pull ups
Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds
I just messed with this one. I did one strict...then some kipping, then 4 strict with thin black band.

AMRAP in 12 minutes:
30 Double Unders
20 Kettlebell Swings (30#)
 5 Ring Dips w/ thin black band

Completed 5 rounds
