Do not reset between each rep.
Lifted 75# across the board. Working on not letting bar drop when I dip and getting bar up straight instead of out and up...
5 Minute AMRAP
5 Burpees
10 Box Jumps (I did 5 45# plates for my box - not quite 20 inches.)
I did five rounds plus 12.
