Four sets of five 15# dumbbell snatches (5 reps each arm)

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 15# DB hang squat cleans
10 35# push presses
10 35# overhead squats

I think I did 3 rounds plus 20...or maybe it was 4 plus 20...wasn't really counting.
