Endurance Training

Run 5x800s with 2 mins rest between

Ran on treadmill at the following paces:

7.5mph 1st 1/4 mile/8.0mph 2nd 1/4 mile
8.0/8.5
8.5/8.5
8.0/8.5
8.0/8.5

7.5 is an 8 min mile
8.0 is a 7:30 min mile
8.5 is a 7 min mile
