- 500m row (my row was slooooow - 2:19)
- 30 One armed dumbell snatch (50/35) (I used 15#)
- 20 Thrusters (95/65) (I used 45#)
- 10 ring dips (purple band first four, then purple and red)
- 10 pull-ups (purple band at first, then purple and read - really uncomfortable on my belly to kip anymore)
